Coach your success smartly

Coaching Flows

Coaching can get many forms, depending on the personal feelings and skills of each coach. As a result of preliminary survey, made by the team of experts of Coaching Assistance Manager Site, 3 major flows for training provided by coaches were established.

  • Vision –Target - Goals – Tasks.
    • First of all, – clear vision should be defined. Without a clear vision, you will not see what you are going toward.
    • Then list of targets should be chosen. Targets generate actions, expand choices and create awareness.
    • Goals - how you are going toward the chosen targets. Without a straightforward, a well planned list of goals and a clear pathway to achieve them, there can be no lasting solutions.
    • Tasks - what you are going step by step to do to make your vision happen.
  • Task List
    • Coach and trainee try to build a particular list of tasks (not a big one) in order to achieve trainee's specific target. This target is built previously by trainee (usually).
  • Mental working
    • Coach and trainee try to define restraining or controlling moments, e.g. encouraging people to face different kinds of difficulties, etc. This is an intensive mental process that not pretends to give any concrete decisions to the trainee, but helps to break some mental barrier to peak performance.

Each flow needs recurrent and instant control from the both sides - coach and trainee. The best way to control the process is writing about all experiences you get during the coaching managed by shared tool with rich and powerful set of features.

Coaching Assistance Manager Site is built up in order to create such a tool that will surely not substitute the teaching process.  The creators of it have aimed only to build up the framework for supporting the training process making it easier for both - a coach and a trainee.
